My Personal experience with tax credit Pro was one of the worst experiences of my life. The owner was misleading and unresponsive until deadlines and would threaten to end services on the most important day “tax day”. Tax Audit Pro was also ridiculously expensive, charging me upwards of five grand to file taxes for my LLC Meanwhile having me do mass amounts of bookkeeping while being charged $2500 for bookkeeping services.
