After paying a deposit and taking 2 days off of work to gather all of my tax info, scan it all and add it to their portal they ended their relationship with me and refuse to email me back. I needed them to help and guide me as I own an LLC and this is so out of my scope and they just let me go. No reason, no refund, nothing.
