Our first interaction was very good. Our agent managed to find an error in our previous tax returns due to an error from our previous agent. But, when we received information from the state informing us that certain documents needed verification. It was very difficult communicating back with our agent to resolve the issue and instead we were forced to handle the second part of the States request on our own.
