I called them with a tax issue, firstly they are not local as the add suggested. They suggested I call IRS first and work with them and reach back to them when I had more information. Maybe this was not the right service for me, I was looking for someone to help with payment plans, and discounting amount due as stated on their website. I was looking for service to avoid working directly with IRS.
