The lady at lane 16 today was not familiar with state legislation. She either is unfamiliar or lied to my face. I came to get my registration completed and she said that I was unable to because I am not a resident of tarrent county. According to Senate Bill 876 that passed in 2022 I am able to renew my registration in any county.

The staff members are incredibly attentive and calm, and they make the entire process remarkably simple; they demonstrate a great attitude and genuine kindness.
