I questioned giving this place another chance this year. Trust your gut. I called a week and a half after dropping off our tax information needed. I hadn't spoke to anyone since leaving the paper work with Kathy, the lady up front. Reached out over the telephone spoke with Jenny and made arrangements to drop our stuff off the first of December. Sent two emails checking status with no reply, today(1/5/26) I resent an email letting them know I would pick up my information as we were going to go a different direction.
