I purchased VIP package worth 297$ for August 4-8 2025 webinar, never received a link to join, poor correspondence, no response to multiple emails requesting the link to join, no response to refund the amount, it appears to me that I was scammed by them. These people appear to be a scam to me with my experience.

The services are heavily marketed with promises of exclusive tax strategies and high ROI, but the actual value delivered is far less than advertised. I had high expectations based on Tax Alchemy’s marketing, but the service didn’t live up to the hype. The bulk of what they offer—basic tax info, a realtor connection, and general advice—is either easily found online or not particularly useful. The cost segregation study was the only real value, and you can get that cheaper directly through a specialist. For the price, I expected personalized strategy and deeper insights. Instead, it felt like a repackaged info product with minimal real support. Not worth the investment.
