Horrible. Best way to describe service with them. Schedule a pickup on Monday expect it to get picked up by the end of the week. Want to call customer service? Good luck.
Disgusting delivery service absolutely lazy unprofessional the worst of the worst.
Horrible, and i repeat horrible. Promised our shipment to be delivered 3 times and there excuse was they have too many packages that need a lift gate! But they will just lie to you to put you back through their phone system for 3 hours. Because no one answers the phone. I had to drive over an hour and a half to pick up our freight because they failed to get it on the truck three times. If i could give 0 i would. AVOID THIS COMPANY! PS. THIS WAS THE TOLEDO PORT
