Trying to contact this company. Not responding to e-mails. Tried advertised number a few times. No answer. Contact form on website dysfunctional. Whatsapp number has not been checked since May. Very concerning. Appears they do not wish to be contacted.
I have been with them for almost 10 years. Never had any problem. The staff are courteous and very efficient. Harry has been managing all my financial affairs. I would highly recommend them.
This tax agent made several serious mistakes. They failed to follow tax laws correctly and didn’t seem to prioritize their client's best interests. They also neglected to explain key information, such as the client’s rights and obligations under the law. Cannot recommend this business for anything. I realised one year later that they had kept a full year's tax return. Poor communication, never returned calls, had to go in person, a 40min drive each way. I had to point the problem out and they refused to pay me in full to compensate. Offered me half my return now, then asked me to return in 2024 for the other half. Citing personal internal issues that are not the customer's problem. Extremely unprofessional! Basic tax return, was charged more than double the advertised rate. When quered why, I was told that is the fee. After multiple phone calls to find out why, to various employees no help was offered. It wasn't until I informed them I was going to the check with the ombudsman, I got part of the over charge back. Would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
