All I wanted was a copy of my tax return from the last financial year. No one is answering the phones. I emailed and received a reply from Harry asking me if I was a new customer - I’d been going there for 5 years!!!! I emailed 2 more times to ask for a copy of my tax return - crickets! I guess they don’t want me as a customer.

Trying to contact this company. Not responding to e-mails. Tried advertised number a few times. No answer. Contact form on website dysfunctional. Whatsapp number has not been checked since May. Very concerning. Appears they do not wish to be contacted.

I have been with them for almost 10 years. Never had any problem. The staff are courteous and very efficient. Harry has been managing all my financial affairs. I would highly recommend them.

This tax agent made several serious mistakes. They failed to follow tax laws correctly and didn’t seem to prioritize their client's best interests. They also neglected to explain key information, such as the client’s rights and obligations under the law.
