I've used Tax Action a number of times over many years, the pro's are that they are responsive and efficient and overall they've offered good value. However our most recent experience was much less positive; after an 11 minute call and a one sentence follow up email, the advisor told my colleague he wouldn't invoice at all (though we were more than happy to pay for the unit used!). 2 months later, we received an invoice for 2 standard + 2 premium units for written advice.
