Been working with Charles since around 2020. He failed to file my 2022 tax return until mid 2025. Told me he had filed it in 2023, and again Aug 2025. I had a heart transplant last year and filed for disability. They turned it down due to two missing returns Charles was supposed to file. I checked IRS website, and he did not file until Sept 2025.
