I had a highly disappointing experience with this accountant. He made multiple and recurrent mistakes on our 2022 and 2023 tax filings and showed no accountability for his mistakes. Instead of offering to rectify the situation, he dismissively told us, "There are many good accountants. Go to one of them." This lack of responsibility has left my family and I deeply concerned, as the errors appear to reflect on us in the eyes of the CRA.
