I followed Brenda G. from Canoga Park to the Simi Valley location. Tax 42 is reliable, and efficient. The office is very spacious and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming. Brenda has done my taxes for awhile now and she is excellent at what she does, definitely an asset to this company. The personnel is excellent courteous and thorough
Terrible service and poor communication. I have been going to this company for years and this particular year “Brenda” did my taxes and she did a terrible job. Promises of call backs and promise of refund and nothing but poor service, avoid Brenda or avoid this place!
