Not sure how a place this shady stays in business. I mean if I screw up my job I get fired/jail time. But a tax company can screw up due to a software glitch on their end and it's my fault. Bottom line avoid this place like the plague.
When you call for a question to any of the locations they pawn you off on another location. Be warned
I usually go here to get my taxes done and never had any complaints but this year I felt like I was being rushed and didn’t get answers to all my questions. I was charged $120 for there service and I don’t think my taxes where done correctly 🤬🤬
I came to Tax 29 for the first time to file my taxes. I had all the documents prepared and ready. I did not have an appointment, but I was fine waiting as a walk in. Christy was the employee who helped me, and unfortunately she did not have the greatest customer service skills.
