I usually go here to get my taxes done and never had any complaints but this year I felt like I was being rushed and didn’t get answers to all my questions. I was charged $120 for there service and I don’t think my taxes where done correctly 🤬🤬
I came to Tax 29 for the first time to file my taxes. I had all the documents prepared and ready. I did not have an appointment, but I was fine waiting as a walk in. Christy was the employee who helped me, and unfortunately she did not have the greatest customer service skills. They are awesome I had a basic simple type of return but after a few life changes last year, I wanted some assistance with my taxes I was in and out within an hour. They were very professional and handled my return with ease I also had tax questions for next year that they answered and helped me tremendously All for a great price
normally a great experience but apparently this year they forgot to hire email staff who cab access documents for the weekend appointments.
