I dealt with Grant and Bonnie, and both have been wonderful to deal with. First off I procrastinated and didn’t contact them till late April to get my dads final tax return done, so I really wasn’t expecting them to be filed on time, and I totally understood if they weren’t . BUT they were able to file them for and on time! I would definitely recommend this place, and am grateful for their customer service, and their help.
Absolutely awful, the girlfriend dropped off 2 years of tax, very simple T4s and some some savings from work. The girlfriend said about a week, then it was another week, then it was 2 more weeks. So I called and asked some simple questions. Well, how dare I ask these people questions, I very much watched what I said and was trying to get some answers without any swearing or raising my voice, she comes at me with an attitude, short and then hangs up on me.
