I had a terrible experience at Tax 2000 in Stellarton. The staff were extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner, making me feel like I was stupid rather than a valued customer. They rushed through everything without explaining anything properly, and when I went back in tears to ask for clarification, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. Taxes can be stressful enough without being treated this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and helpful service.
Been a client for many years, and seen a gradual decline in customer service from good to atrocious. Finally had to terminate their services today after their staff wanted additional payment for work that we had already supplied! Staff are just plain rude and unhelpful at the best of times... save yourself the time and money by using an online service (we just got off a call with the TurboTax people and they were more than helpful, had everything verified in a friendly manner in just a few minutes!).
