Amazing service and compassion from the shop today! Thank you guys for dropping everything and getting my cross/road bike fixed up after being forced off the road by a driver not paying attention. 10/10
Great shop with knowledgeable owner and stock of important items. I stopped in to rent a bike and get some clothes after a lengthy ferry delay. Bike was in great shape and came with a lock and spare tube/pump. There are maps of local trails at the front desk, definitely worth a stop if you’re in the region!
TAWS bent over backwards for me when I had a weird issue involving a broken bolt with my mountain bike. Better service than I get from my local shop where I buy my bikes. Great shop.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Fraser at TAWS saved our island/Sunshine Coast mtb road trip. He was helpful and informative and provided fast service (recommending a cost effective solution) to fix my pesky dropper post - which now works as good as new! He even provided fun local trail suggestions :) Will be back for sure!!!!
