TAWS saved my vacation! Was visiting from out of town and had to drop by for a repair — Fraser diagnosed the issue and fixed it (along with a couple of other problems I hadn’t noticed) and had me out riding that same afternoon. Thanks for the quick and friendly service!

Took my beloved Giant Trance 2015 for a quick repair. I was told the rear suspension had lost its ability to hold pressure. I also requested that two new tires be installed. It has been 33 days now, and I have been visiting the store three (3) times asking for my bike. Nothing. There have been days and days of wonderful riding weather (Not too hot, not too cold. I've not been able to ride. And I'm not getting any younger. Needless to say, I am really disappointed.

Great service! Damaged my derailer and needed a fix at short notice (as visiting by boat)- fixed and ready to go same day- with a complimentary loaner as our boat was 5 km away from the shop. Thank you so much!
