Took my beloved Giant Trance 2015 for a quick repair. I was told the rear suspension had lost its ability to hold pressure. I also requested that two new tires be installed. It has been 33 days now, and I have been visiting the store three (3) times asking for my bike. Nothing. There have been days and days of wonderful riding weather (Not too hot, not too cold. I've not been able to ride. And I'm not getting any younger. Needless to say, I am really disappointed.
Thanks to Fraser for taking in our emergency flat repair & completing the work within 3 hours. Super friendly & fast service.
Great service! Damaged my derailer and needed a fix at short notice (as visiting by boat)- fixed and ready to go same day- with a complimentary loaner as our boat was 5 km away from the shop. Thank you so much!

Was up there for the BCHS Provincial Championships and needed some parts and help. Man, these guys were just amazing, so helpful, friendly and fair. Fraser went out of his way to get us in and out and the kids back on the trails. Plus they have a great selection of bikes for a smaller shop in a small town. Highly recommend!
