I had a 60 minute massage today from Cayley Ziegler and helped a lot with some of the nagging pains I've been experiencing
This was my first time at Tavistock Chiropractic and Physiotherapy and I couldn't be happier. I went for a massage with Cayley who was amazing! It had been awhile since my last massage and my muscles were in bad shape. Cayley was able to get me sorted without leaving that bruised feeling. She was professional, did a great job and I came away feeling able to move freely again. I will definitely recommend her to friends as well as returning myself.
Small town chiropractor clinic with big results!! After 1 yr of (physiotherapy not related to same clinic) and very little results initial diagnosis of plantar fasciitis/ heel spur- extremely painful foot walking, gym routine day to day activities were becoming unbearable and taking a toll on my mental health.
