Every time I come to toronto I visit Tavazo and buy nuts.
I went to this store twice , and unfortunately, both times I had bad experiences for different reasons. The first issue was that, although their products and materials were good quality, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and how they treated customers. It was really discouraging. The second issue today was that they were selling a 28% pistachio gaz for $6 more than another Iranian store. Scam. Charged me more than I actually purchased I only realized after I got home and checked the receipts. Very rude staff (2 young women) that was more annoyed being asked questions about their product than actually working. Hope it's not the actual owners who act like this... Chatted the whole time and was pissed off I interrupted their hang out time. Terrible service and I won't come back again. Surprised they have such good reviews here.
It's deserves 10 star. Great customer service great products . Thank you for your service. I ordered Danmarki, And I'm in US. After I submitted my Order less than 48 hours I received all my products fresh. Keep it up you guys are rock. God bless your business
