Their service is absolutely terrible, the lady is so rude and ignorant. There is no point in ringing up and booking in because they will still turn you away even with a booking. Never had a good experience here, made a booking a week in advance drive over an hour to get there and get told they can’t do it. Absolutely ridiculous
Dropped car off at 8 and told it would be completed today, went to pick up vehicle 3pm. Was told to come back tomorrow we've only just started on it, it's not a 5 min job. Quoted $800 then when job finished was told that he had missed quoted the price now $1200. Over 3hrs just to take out alternator geez. Didn't bother to put my splash guard back on.
Needed the airbag in my car looked at and they were able to fit me in asap on the same day, the lady that works there was super helpful, even helped me get the pram out of my car for my 1 year old and found books to keep her occupied while we waited. They also fixed up some other safety issues they noticed while fixing the main issue which was greatly appreciated.
These guys went above and beyond for our dual battery/solar/starlink set up. We only had a few days to get the work done due to another company double booking me. They really were angels in disguise and I would definitely go back if I need more work done to my car. The end result was fantastic. 5 stars
