Dropped car off at 8 and told it would be completed today, went to pick up vehicle 3pm. Was told to come back tomorrow we've only just started on it, it's not a 5 min job. Quoted $800 then when job finished was told that he had missed quoted the price now $1200. Over 3hrs just to take out alternator geez. Didn't bother to put my splash guard back on. Easy to say I'm not in the system And they had the cheek to stick a sticker on the back window. Soon as I saw that it went straight in the bin
Their service is absolutely terrible, the lady is so rude and ignorant. There is no point in ringing up and booking in because they will still turn you away even with a booking. Never had a good experience here, made a booking a week in advance drive over an hour to get there and get told they can’t do it. Absolutely ridiculous
