Tried to pay the excise tax on my vehicle using the QR code and bill received on numerous occasions since first receiving my bill. I received a message stating the records could not be found or something to that effect each time. I was able to pay my wife’s excise tax without any issues so it was not user error. The office needs to look into their website and remediate this issue. F horrible! This people are nothing but scammers or simply do not care to do their Job. NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. LACK CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on pretty much everything and anything. MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FILE ANYTHING that does not give them money. HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL.
