The whole city is a joke anyone in the political end of that city has attachments to someone else and you'll never get anywhere in that City. Unaccommodating and rude seems to be how that Taunton runs itself. What needs to happen is they need new blood who comes in and change things. Remove all the people that are running it now, who have run it for years and years and have run it down to what it is now. It's kind of an odd town/city.
