Ordered 4 pallets of sod from Tater Farms. The delivery was scheduled for mid morning. The driver Rodney called and was actually ahead of schedule, arriving early morning! He was friendly and professional navigating down a very narrow driveway, expertly placing the pallets exactly where I needed them. The sod was installed and looks beautiful, thick and healthy. Overall the service was great and quality of sod provided by the Tater Farms team was fantastic! Thank you!
This review goes to Mandy, one of the newer people in the office. I have done business on and off with Tater Farms for 3-4 years and her customer service and patient is what made me want to leave this review. Need more people like this in the office if they expect people to pay their high prices. As far as the Farm goes as a whole, I believe they are not paying attention to the future and only care about making the most money they can in the present. Best around! The selections are mind blowing… they have everything you would ever want or need! The ladies up front have there stuff together Mandy and Tabitha are beast!!! Ty so much do not go anywhere else you would be wasting precious time!!!
The sod wasn’t the issue for me , I did have 1 pallet out of 5 that wasn’t installable, but when I called and asked to speak with somebody who was in charge of quality control , a guy named Erik gave me a call back letting me know he was the president of the company, he started and ended the conversation in a very rude manner , I have no clue how he got that high up in the company but his customer service lever was 0 trying to pass the issue off onto other people , saying that I was “blowing up the front desk by calling twic... read more
