Delivery driver very professional and helpful. Sod has turned out well. Even layed some sod a week later and that is doing fine too.
Tater Farms laid sod in my yard today. They did a super job with laying the grass, the clean up was wonderful and they made sure my irrigation system heads was working properly after they finished. I can’t say enough about how great a job these guys did. Salvador Vozquez was great. He made sure I was happy with their work. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
Sod was delivered dry, brittle. The Sales/Customer Service Rep reached out to me via email. We agreed to have a local rep view the problem. He scheduled in a timely manner and was very polite.
Great group of people to work with. I only came in as I was picking up a rig & towing it out for service. I say that as my opinion is not based on "doing business" in the normal sense. The office ladies were kind & welcoming. They called up someone from the shop to find out where the unit was that needed service. That alone is a HUGE time saver. Shop walked me right to the rig & explained exactly what was going on with it, which also helped me in figuring out what I needed to do.
Sod was delivered dry, brittle. When addressed with the Sales/Customer Service Rep via email, she failed to respond or call. I do not recommend any business that is unprofessional.
