I’ve never been more disappointed with a moving company in my life. First off, these movers were completely unprofessional. They took way too long for such a simple move — it was only two apartments, one being a 1-bedroom and the other just a few boxes and 2 bedroom sets. What should’ve taken no more than 4–4.5 hours somehow dragged out to over 8 hours. They started at 9 AM and didn’t leave until after 5 PM. But the worst part? Not the worst move I’ve had but certainly not the best experience either. Communicating to set expectations definitely needs work. As well as time management. My whole house was pre packed minus the large furniture like sofas, beds, and dressers. It still took four guys 9 hours to break down 2 1/2 beds, (one was a platform), wrap the large furniture and load it. This was a double move, which I knew ahead of time.
