I thought I had done my due diligence by reading reviews and trying to support a black owned company but boy was I wrong. Booking with them was an ease the guy who booked was initially very professional and responsive. On move day they damaged an $800 concrete office desk from Crate & Barrel that they refuse to take accountability for.
