I had a 15-minute phone conversation with Mr. Tate to confirm my understanding of the new TEPSLF (Temporary Expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness) program) and in less than 10 minutes he had me fully understanding my eligibility and the steps needed to apply. Such a wealth of understanding and an innate ability to make it understandable. Thank you Mr. Tate for your time and your public service to help people understand!
After speaking with you today, I re-reviewed the letter & on the back, sure enough is the disclosure "The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt. Because of the age of your debt, our client cannot sue you for it, and we will not report it to any credit reporting agencies." You were very helpful.
