Defective product and no customer service. Ordered the arm rest, the bolt holes are not aligned so I can not assemble. The company still has not responded to me. Disgraceful, never spend your money with people like this who don't value you. Check out the picture evidence.

Absolutely garbage for customer service. The chair that I invested in, seeing as it was well over $400 Canadian, turned out to break completely after 4 months. They offered to send a replacement part but are currently out of said part. So my livelihood, which really depends heavily on this chair, is supposed to be on pause until they can figure out how to treat their customers and keep stock on hand? 4 months for a $400+ chair to be garbage, was definitely one of the worst purchases I've made. Trying to return a product is the biggest nightmare I’ve ever encountered. Customer service in this regard is terrible. The box arrived to me damaged and they said I was responsible for it since “it has to be reshipped”. They also want me to pay to send it back. I do NOT recommend buying from them.
