Placed two separate orders that arrived at the same time both packages damaged took photos and one was missing one of the free gifts and a$130 serum. Messages the company sent them the pictures and they told me they would do NOTHING because I didn’t have pictures of the contents . Well the only thing left in the box was the cleansing duo and I didn’t expect them to want a picture of the contents as at that time all I thought was missing was the free gift . Tata Harper's products are simply not effective and bottom line do not work. Disregard my review posted on 1/14/2023; it was submitted in response to an unused discount they offered. Thank you. --AT
