I was asked to come to their office for an "ID Verification". An employee met me in the parking lot wanting to take a photo of my driver's license. I refused siting this leaves prospective employees open to exposure of (PII) Personally identifiable information, in a public setting. I am tempted to report this agency to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for improperly handling and obtaining sensitive documentation.
I received an offer of employment from (TCS) and was asked to supply all relevant documentation to begin the onboarding process. After 3 days, I received no response from there HR team regarding my onboarding process. I attempted to contact HR however there official phone number just goes to a voicemail box. I also attempted to communicate with HR via LinkedIn and received no response. Going forward, I will NOT be doing any form of business with TCS now or in the future.
