The premium chocolates here are so good! This was our last stop when we did a food tour in Montreal. We had some chocolate sampling with the owner, Maud. She was very knowledgeable and explained the bean-to-bar process. The variety of chocolates were so delicious and I like that they have sugar-free milk chocolates, perfect for diabetics. Thank you, Maud, for taking the time to go over the different flavours with us.
