This rating is for the produce and meat departments. The "fresh" produce is sitting on slimy disgusting shelves. I check every time I go there and it looks like it has never been cleaned properly. Gross. As for the meat dept, It not only looks bad but smells gross too. I think the store desperately needs serious attention to sanitation. Yuck.
