The team at Taste Furniture Keswick went above and beyond during my search for new dining chairs. Their ideas for options and sense of design & colour contributed to my choice of Kai Leather dining chairs. I am very pleased with my eventual choice. Thank you. Bonus: coffees each visit were very welcome!
Initially staff were very good, but when I rang up because the $8000 suite I bought had a problem,the service was awful, they did not want to know,my granddaughter bought a lounge suit from Nick Scalis it’s in much better condition than mine and it only cost $4000, the cushions are while padded still, were as my are awful, I thought paying all that money it would have lasted a lot better, therefore Iam really really disappointed,
Such great costumer service at this store. Locally owned and actually care about their customers still. Nidhi helped me purchase some beautiful leather dining chairs and worked with my circumstance on deposit. Which I am so grateful for. Highly recommend giving your money to this locally SA owned store. I’ll keep coming back for my furniture needs. Chairs are quality and comfortable.
We actually only had the intention of just looking at Taste Furniture for our outdoor furniture settings but was pleasantly surprised to meet Amit, our salesperson with a background education in architectural interior design. He listened carefully to our brief and went above and beyond to help us with the perfect setting.
