The Outdoor furniture I purchased is truly exceptional. Not only is it of the highest quality, but it has also withstood the test of time. I’ve been a happy customer for many years, and the customer service has always been top-notch.
I had a poor experience here. I put a deposit on furniture for my new house. However, my concreter went brook and I lost my deposit so I need to cancel the furniture order so I could save up to furnish my concrete work. These people threatened me with 40% cancellation fee amounting 40% of the total fee of the order. Despite my situation, they showed no competition. Taste were awesome. I had terrible with a couch unable to fit up the stairs, within 24 hours they had taken the couch back and replaced it, Jane and Wendy in store were great.
