I was promised a Sam's Membership when signing with this company. I never received the membership. I was told my money from transactions would be available 1-2 business days. Reality was 3-5 business days. Very poor customer service. NO! NO! NO! I removed the machine and went with a different company. Now I'm being harassed by collections company about the 1 year lease wanting over $1,000. Have been unable to reach by phone to set up returning equipment. Never lease over priced, they use third party companies to lease their products and third party companies switch names and watch bills lots of different fees.
