I love, love, love Dragonfly Studio for yoga. I love all the instructors but my favorite day is Wednesday 9 am with Laura Funk (Laura, host more times slots!) Taspens has many great products as well I use their No More Aches on my hands after work (bartender) and they feel great and the formula is non greasy which I love. Update: I have been going to Carrie's Monday 9:30am workshop and I love the knowledge that I am gaining from her!
