I recently had 9 boxes & a chair sent from Gold Coast to Cygnet in Tasmania on a backload. Their quote was excellent compared to others. Their attention to detail, communication and delivery could not have been better. Considering all the stages my shipment went through to get there I am most grateful and would be very happy to use them again should the need arise. Thank you Tas Furniture Transport.
Everything up to the point that we noticed that we were missing a box was great.. now trying to get any sort of communication in regard to whether it has been misplaced or is definitely lost, crickets… nothing. It’s not that the box was lost along the way that is the problem, things happen, although one does wonder when it was labelled “kitchen & alcohol” and was full of old scotches, ports and collectable wines, if it was truly misplaced… but the lack of communication has been very unprofessional. Their pricing was highly competitive compared to other quotes we received, and the service was outstanding. Very disappointing experience! Delivery was delayed, they were never in contact with me and I had to keep chasing them for an eta. When my belongings finally arrived there was a lot missing, some I had to go and pick up myself from the warehouse and other items never arrived. To top it off I had medications and cash stolen. Would never recommend which is a shame because some of their staff were lovely.
