My mother had a terrible experience here, went for a facial where she felt that the whole experience was complete by someone who had no actual training or knowledge to what they were doing; was over charged and then told by staff they don’t do refunds, she instead was offered to come back and have another facial, where again she felt like it was done by someone who lacked experience and knowledge. Such a poor service, would give 0 ⭐️ if possible.
I had such a great experience/treatment with TashX! She was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient in explaining everything about the treatment and aftercare. She also answered all of my questions with patience and detail, which gave me a lot of confidence starting this journey. As someone who works FIFO in the Pilbara and deals with extreme heat daily, I was quite sceptical about beginning laser, but she put my mind at ease. I’m really excited to continue my laser journey with her!
Hands down the best salon experience I have had. As a guy it can sometimes feel awkward walking into a beauty salon, but the team here made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I have been coming to Tash X for years now, my experience has been nothing but amazing. I have had my brows and IPL hair removal from Tash X and it’s always a 10/10 expirence. The staff are always so welcoming and always know how to make a service feel comfortable.
