Love working with Dawn, she is knowledgeable and super pleasant. I had two fireplaces and a hot tub to purchase and she walked me through all my options and worked miracles to get me my gas fireplace on time during this crazy pandemic. The fireplaces are gorgeous and work beautifully. Can’t say enough good things! (House still under construction so pardon photos)
I don’t know the lady’s name, but she is the only employee I’ve ever seen over the years. She’s completely worthless and has absolutely no customer service skills. I asked her a question about hard water levels in my hot tub. I wanted to know how important it was to add water softener based on what my tub water was reading at for water hardness. She flatly said “I don’t know” followed by an awkward silence. Such an odd exchange. I haven’t been back since pre covid.
