The buses are never on time. Never in my life have I caught a bus on time. Also since 2 months whenever I purchase a pass online, it always says invalid ticket even after activating the ticket just before boarding. Moreover when I mailed them about this, they never responded and I don't even believe that I would get a response ever.
Tarta hub has always been one of my favorite spots but since I've been back to Toledo the new staff and the security guards are horrible they run around like they are actual police. they bully people they are all in people's business like the neighbors and the residents that stay nearby. They are very inappropriate of them. If it wasn't for the new staff I will quickly get them five stars
