Tarta flex isn't reliable at all. I called to get a ride to work and they were fully booked up according to what they were saying. Im not thrilled with tarta flex. I couldn't even get to work because they couldn't get me there smh. I will never try taking tarta flex ever again.

why stop going to the UT transit center???? What are students supposed to do now?
Tarta constantly pulls out in front of cars causing near misses. They will also take up 2 lanes instead of getting in a turn lane. Bus 14 has the worst deiver
I’ve had a great experience with TARTA Flex. The drivers and TARTA care about their riders and it shows. I left my keys on one of the buses/vans and the driver made sure that she was the one to pick me up from work so she could give me my keys back. And on the day when their systems crashed due to the global internet outage, the dispatcher sent me out a separate ride to help get me home.
