My daughter and I went to the Counselors building today to get information about new students process. One of the ladies there was able to answer my and my daughter's questions. When she left , another lady took over managing the desk but she was so rude !.she said she could only talk to my daughter who was next to me. She said, sorry you cant talk me...She said I needed to bring a legal document allowing her to talk to me.. so how come the other lady didn't have any problems talking to me. I actually lost out on life changing full ride scholarship to my dream university because my counselor was too lazy to submit paper work in time. She actually didn’t even want to even start the paperwork, despite it being in her job description to do so. It’s not a bluff, these people truly do not care.
