Do not use this lawyer for the closing of the sale of your house. You can definitely find cheaper and BETTER! I can deal with the cold, unfriendliness of this office but at least don’t screw over your client. They did a regular check deposit of my funds. They did NOT do a bank draft, certified check or money order….So ….Because they did a check for the sale of my home, I have NO access to MY money for a week. Fantastic firm. Kathy and Darlene recently assisted very promptly on an urgent matter. Also, we have used them in the past for help incorporating a business and found that experience to be very positive as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Both Kathy and Darlene are incredibly rude, bullish and unprofessional. I made the mistake of hiring this firm to deal with the sale of our home and I would never recommend this firm to anyone. We had to follow up/contact them regarding some documents the lawyer from the purchase of our new home needed. Right off the bat Darlene was incredibly short to where she was huffing on the phone when I was asking clarifying questions. After raising her voice to me I asked to speak with someone else.
