No good experience this guy Johnny gave me $30 Dl price for 1 adjustment in my bike and ended up cheating on me $85 Dl for doing things thaI never ask for before consulting me. Very Disappointed not professional at all rip me off I don't recommend this bike shop at Tarpon Springs.
Wasn't good at all. I came in for a pinched brake cable inside the frame. What the mechanic decided was the right solution was to have us buy a new lever. And later after he bled the brakes, he didn't even put in a bleed block and got oil all over our handlebars. Turns out, a new lever didn't solve the problem at all.
Just got a bike online from another company and it came with a faulty tube on the rear tire. The company told me tires weren’t covered in the warranty so I brought it to Tom’s and they took great care of me. I only wish I had purchased my bike there. The staff was great and the bike selection was amazing. Great shop. They’ve got a customer for life.
I had my new X-Treme Sedona 48 Volt Blue Electric Bicycle repaired there, it was good the only thing it took along time to have the back wheel repaired it took about a week they had to ship out the wheel, so that took a while, that was the only thing, but a great place to rent bicycles too, and have great things.
Every good day in Tarpon Springs starts with my early morning bike ride, but unfortunately, my bike wasn’t working well this morning. After a quick phone call, Tom not only fit my bike repair into his schedule, but tuned up my 2 daughters’ bikes as well. He took the time to explain the problem, fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable. Now we have all of our bikes ready for the long 4th of July weekend! Thank you, Tom! I highly recommend Tarpon Tom’s Bike Shop!
