Today we visited Tarocash at Watergardens to buy shoes and a belt. We were served by a lovely young lady named Hannah, who was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. She took the time to chat with us while helping find the perfect pair of shoes and giving thoughtful advice on what would suit his pants best. Great quality, but only shop here during sales.
Several years ago I bought a couple of dress shirts for a job interview after a recent move from interstate. She's likely since moved on but the employee (Mid 20's Aussie accent, looked Balkan descent) who served me was top notch. Memorably polite, friendly and patient. She signed me up for the loyalty program, we chatted about police presence in St Albans where she grew up and wished me luck for my interview.
