We visited this store this morning. We found what we were looking for and the customer service from one of the ladies was amazing so Thank you! BUT There was a very unhygienic smell from one of the ladies (not underarm BO either). It was that bad that my 4 year old said “eww yuck what is that smell”. When it came to paying for our items, the smell returned so I gave hubby his wallet and walked out of the store before I was sick 🤢 since I had already gagged at the smell earlier. Opening hrs apparently 9am, waited outside the doors until 9:10am. Doing make up is clearly more important than selling a last minute suit. Thankfully Connor opened on time & was great service. Won’t be back
The ladies that helped me suit up the other day were OUTSTANDING! SO friendly, helpful and patient. I can't recommend them highly enough!!! Price vs value was on point as well.
We went into this store today looking for a suit for my partner. We walk in and were the only ones in the store. No hello from the worker after he had seen us and didn’t even get off his chair at the computer to come and see if we needed any help, which we did. We waited a few minutes and had a look around then left and decided to go to another men’s store where we received great customer service and ended up purchasing the suit. Disappointing that we were the only ones in the store and couldn’t get any service.
