Had a great experience finding some groomsman suits, Ashley was extremely helpful and made the visit here pleasant. It seems they have more stock than what is available at the Elizabeth store as well.

I would not recommend visiting the Tarocash store in the District. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the store manager. My husband is a regular Tarocash customer and has purchased 2–3 suits from this store over the years. We have also used their alteration service before without any issues. This time, however, the alterations were not done properly, particularly on the jacket sleeves. I visited the store and was assisted by a young Muslim lady who was extremely helpful and kind. I truly appreciate her excellent service and will be recommending this store to all my friends. She can be our personal sales associate

I had an amazing experience with Mariam. Her professionalism was outstanding. I needed assistance finding a suit for my fiancé, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. I’ll definitely be visiting again because of her exceptional service.

Wrost Customer Service by the female worker at the store. No respect for customers. She was very rude when she got to know we are there to return. I dont know why there is a return policy if they want to say no to returns. Unworn item and returned with tags on and in perfectly new condition .Still she argued of smell from the coat , There was no smell and she tried to made an excuse of smell and was laughing when we were leaving.
