Extremely professional, superb customer service was an absolute pleasure shopping here, they really took the time to supply me with the best fit, 10/10 recommend too everyone, Faye is the loveliest lady she really went out of her way to make my experience here unforgettable
What happened to customer service? didn’t get a single hello or any kind of recognition going into this store today. The two girls working were too busy packing/unpacking boxes?? We tired to grab a pair of pants. All the girl that was working there cared about was that we were making a mess of the table when trying to grab the correct size we needed. I just want to say a massive thanks to lily!!! Super wonderful customer service!! She honestly had great advice for me as I’m leaving overseas for a wedding and had no idea what to wear.. She had so many different options for me and was patient and helpful!! It’s truly refreshing when someone in retail actually cares about their job and customers!!! I will definitely be shopping there more often because of lily’s efforts!! Thanks so much and for getting me looking right for my sister’s wedding !!!
