Had a fantastic experience at Tarocash Garden City. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. They took the time to help me find the right fit without being pushy, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Great range of quality clothing at reasonable prices. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for men's formal or smart casual wear.
When I visited the store this evening, I observed an older staff member with blonde hair speaking to a younger staff member with brown hair in what appeared to be a raised and confrontational manner. The younger employee looked visibly upset and appeared close to tears. Witnessing this interaction was concerning, as it did not reflect a professional, respectful, or supportive workplace environment. I believe workplace concerns should be addressed in a calm and respectful manner.
Found exactly what we were looking for with the added bonus of very efficient and friendly staff.
