I visited this store with my brother to buy a graduation dress, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was a asian staff member who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. He showed no sense of customer service, had a very negative attitude, and lacked basic politeness. When we asked questions, he seemed irritated and unwilling to help—he wouldn’t even repeat information when we politely asked for clarification. His behavior made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

Both Jack and Caroline went both beyond to be amazingly helpful, strongly recommend anyone who needs customer service in this field of clothing to first think of come here and seing them. Thank you again I will come back.

Lovely fashion, but the customer service is horrible. The guy was right next to me and did not even acknowledge I even exist. He did not say even "hi" and at the same time it seemed like he was taking a personal phone call on the work phone. It's to bad because this brand has cool clothing but the experience really was bad at this particular store. Customer service no longer, take it from me I have managed retails stores here and in Canada and it's horrible :(.
