A concerning incident occurred at Tarocash DFO Moorabbin with someone I know . While exiting the fitting room tripped over a stock box that had been left directly outside the fitting room entrance. The box was low to the ground and created a clear trip hazard. They fell while trying to protect a baby who was with the family and suffered a bruised arm and a possible ankle injury. We dropped into Tarocash to pick out a suit for my sons formal and must give credit where credit is due. We were looked after by a fine gentleman, Andrew, who went above and beyond to understand what we needed and took a genuine interest in helping us. It's clear Andrew has excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye on fashion ideas. It didn't go unnoticed Andrew, we will be back again 👍👊
Very disappointing quality. After wearing the suit just once, it already felt cheap and didn’t hold up well at all. While the prices here may seem attractive at first, the quality doesn’t match what you’re paying. It honestly feels like these suits are stitched for as low as $10–$20 in third world countries and then sold here for $300–$400 without reflecting the actual quality.
