I had the worst experience with Tarocash - Castlehill store. I ordered an item online which showed click and collect and “Available” on the website, got a call from a staff next day saying it is not on stock but she would get the item delivered from Blacktown shop and would give me a call for an update. I waited patiently for 2 days and didn’t get an update yet. I called the Castlehill store yesterday, nobody answered the call for 5th time in a row, someone picked up the phone and hung up instantly.
