ATROCIOUS!!!! The products are great and of good quality but the service was atrocious. No one bothered to ask if I needed anything so I wandered around the shop myself looking for work attire for my husband without assistance. Unfortunately the staff were too busy laughing and talking about who was pretty or not and lamenting over bra sizes.
Massive thank you to Chancey for an outstanding customer service and staying back after 4 to help my husband with a suit.
The Manager Holly is very friendly and has a keen eye for style. They have a great selection of comfy socks too. I highly recommend visiting this store for any of your formal needs
I came into Bunbury specifically to go to Tarocash, says they’re open on the website but they were closed in the middle of the day, they did have a sign up saying when someone would return but i did not have 45 mins to wait to make a simple return!
