Had a fantastic shopping experience at Tarocash Belconnen thanks to Tamera Khan. She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect business attire. Her attention to detail made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks Tarocash for having such a wonderful staff.

Poor customer service. Lady had no basic knowledge of customer service. No greeting and smiling at the customer.

Went into Tarocash today 9/07 looking for pants and ended up trying on about 5 different pairs to find the right fit. The staff member helping me was an absolute legend, super patient, helpful, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was being a hassle. You can tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect fit instead of just making a quick sale. Top-class customer service, seriously appreciate it!

Had alterations done for some pants that turned out to be too short. I called the store and Marina was more than happy to fix the situation. She personally remeasured the pants and brought them over to the tailors herself. She managed to get them fixed to the right length in less than 30 minutes and saved me coming back another day, which was perfect as I was attending a wedding only 2 days later. She made sure I was happy with the length and provided great care and service in every interaction, going well above and beyond. ... read more
